Diana Del Holston, M.Ed.
Resident in Counseling
Clinical Background
Diana’s passion for supporting individuals, families, and couples began early in her career while working as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, providing in-home services to children, adolescents, and adults. Through this work, she developed a deep appreciation for the ways family systems, cultural identity, and early life experiences shape a person’s emotional world and relationships.
Diana’s clinical interests include anxiety, grief, relationship issues, attachment wounds, life transitions, and providing developmentally attuned support to children. She has extensive experience working with underserved and Spanish-speaking communities, offering culturally responsive care and helping clients navigate the unique challenges that can arise within bilingual and multicultural environments.
Fluent in Spanish, Diana is committed to increasing mental health access and provides counseling in both English and Spanish.
Therapeutic Approach
Diana approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s journey. She believes healing begins in a space where you feel seen, safe, and understood. She offers a calm and supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world, strengthen their sense of self, and build healthier patterns in their relationships.
Diana’s integrative approach draws from person-centered therapy, trauma-informed practices, Internal Family System, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and art and play interventions to support both children and adults in their emotional growth. Diana has a special interest in helping clients make sense of relational patterns, family dynamics, cultural transitions, identity exploration, and the experiences that shape who we become.
For clients who desire it, Diana can incorporate Christian faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process, recognizing the meaningful role faith can play in grounding, healing, and finding purpose. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds and aims to provide a space that honors each person’s cultural and spiritual values.
