To meet a rising demand within the practice to support neurodiverse adults through individual and couples counseling, we are seeking a fully licensed therapist with extensive clinical experience providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy.

Ideal candidates will have completed advanced training and/or certification related to neurodivergence, with a strong understanding of current research, particularly around autism and ADHD.

This is an on-site, 1099 independent contractor role that will allow you to:

• Enjoy complete autonomy to determine the hours that you work and which clients you see.

• Work in the privacy of a fully furnished office and experience the freedom of private practice, without losing the connection and collaboration of a close team.

• Focus entirely on your clients’ care, while the practice manages billing, paperwork, marketing, etc.

• Receive access to an exceptional EHR system for Telehealth, scheduling, documentation, assessments, and paperwork.

• Set your own rates.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

• Extensive experience providing trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation

• Commitment to fostering inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in practice
