Role Description
As a practice that serves a diverse population of neurodivergent clients, there is a growing need to partner with a psychologist who can administer psychological and psycho-educational evaluations on-site. In addition to testing, there is also an opportunity to develop a caseload of clients for individual psychotherapy and couples counseling. Advanced training and experience with high-masking, neurodivergent clients is required.
This is an on-site, 1099 independent contractor role that will allow you to:
Enjoy complete autonomy to determine the hours that you work and which clients you see.
Work in the privacy of a fully furnished office and experience the freedom of private practice, without losing the connection and collaboration of a close team.
Focus entirely on your clients’ care, while the practice manages billing, paperwork, marketing, etc.
Receive access to an exceptional EHR system for Telehealth, scheduling, documentation, assessments, and paperwork.
Receive ongoing referrals to help build your caseload with the clients that best match your experience and clinical interest.
Set your own rates and receive a competitive fee split (70/30).
Qualifications
Licensed Psychologist (clinical, counseling or neuropsychologist)
Extensive experience providing psychological and psycho-educational evaluations to children and adults
Advanced training in the assessment of autism in high-masking indidvuals
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation
Experience providing trauma-informed care
Commitment to fostering inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in practice

To meet a rising demand within the practice to support neurodiverse adults through individual and couples counseling, we are seeking a fully licensed therapist with extensive clinical experience providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy.
Ideal candidates will have completed advanced training and/or certification related to neurodiversity, with a strong understanding of emerging research, particularly around autism and ADHD.
This is an on-site, 1099 independent contractor role that will allow you to:

Qualifications
Fully licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD)
Extensive experience providing trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming therapy.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation
Commitment to fostering inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in practice
