Hallie McGuinness, MS
Resident in Counseling
Hallie is passionate about helping clients find relief, insight, and healing in their mental health journeys. She specializes in working with individuals seeking to understand and heal from relational and attachment-based trauma, emotional challenges, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and related concerns. Hallie also works with couples to strengthen communication, rekindle intimacy and desire, and deepen emotional connection. In addition, she supports individuals and couples impacted by the demands of high-stress careers.
Hallie views the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a person-centered, relational framework. She works alongside clients to increase self-awareness, regulate anxiety, develop more secure attachment patterns, and build authentic, fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves. Hallie integrates evidence-based modalities such as DBT and CBT to support growth and healing.
Whether clients are navigating a current life stressor or working through long-standing patterns, she believes therapy can be a powerful space for reflection, healing, and transformation.
Hallie is currently accepting clients ages 16 and older.
