Individual Psychotherapy
Intake Appointment
Your intake appointment will be a time to go over a thorough history of your mental health, to understand your current concerns and to identify what you hope to get out of counseling. Following this appointment, a treatment plan will be developed and discussed with you. You can expect to leave with recommendations that address your goals and with a clear plan for moving forward.
50-60 mins | $175
Ongoing Appointments
To honor the work that you are doing and to make the most out of the time you are committing to your care, it will generally be recommended to initially schedule appointments on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Your appointment time will be held for you until you determine that you would like to make a change, ensuring consistency and reliability in scheduling.
You can expect appointments to be warm and conversational. It is common to receive referrals for resources or services that will aid your progress in therapy. You will receive engaged feedback and will leave with practical goals to implement between sessions. In the end, the hope is that you feel equipped to not only address your current concerns, but to adapt your new strategies to future challenges.
50 mins | $150
Submitting Statements to Insurance
At the end of each month, you will receive a statement that can be submitted to your insurance company to inquire about reimbursements. Each policy is different, so it is recommended that you call your insurance provider to ask about out of network coverage.
