  • Positive Marriage Therapy focuses on building strengths in the relationship rather than solely fixing problems. It emphasizes mutual support, appreciation, and positive communication to enhance intimacy and satisfaction.

Positive Marriage Therapy draws from Positive Psychology, which focuses on what helps people thrive. Rather than just managing conflict, it helps couples:

    • Deepen connection

    • Enhance appreciation

    • Grow emotional intelligence

    • Build resilience together

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a structured psychotherapy approach primarily used to help people process and heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences. EMDR is based on the idea that psychological distress is often due to unprocessed memories. These memories can become "stuck" and continue to cause emotional pain, flashbacks, or dysfunctional beliefs.

Rather than traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses on changing how these memories are stored in the brain.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most evidence-based and widely used therapeutic approaches for treating anxiety and depression. It focuses on identifying, understanding, and changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors

  • The Conners’ Adult ADHD Rating Scales – Second Edition (CAARS-2) is a widely used tool designed to assess symptoms and behaviors associated with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults.

First session: Administer the CAARS-2 as part of a comprehensive ADHD evaluation that also includes:

    • Clinical interview

    • Developmental and medical history

Second session: Interpret the scores using standardized norms. Provide summary of assessment and results letter for provider.

  • The ADOS-2 is a standardized observational assessment used to evaluate behaviors associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It is considered a gold standard tool and is used alongside interviews, developmental history, and other psychological tests for a full diagnostic evaluation.
