Resident in Counseling
As a dedicated and compassionate Resident in Counseling, Lindsay is committed to guiding individuals on their personal journeys. Their therapeutic approach includes person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. Lindsay also incorporates elements of art therapy to support self-expression and emotional processing. Lindsay is focused on creating a safe and inclusive space for all individuals and is a culturally competent and LGBTQIA+ affirming provider.
Prior to beginning clinical work, Lindsay worked as a professional school counselor in middle and high school settings, including traditional and non-traditional schools. Lindsay has worked with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, substance use disorders and eating disorders.
Dedicated to helping clients recognize their inherent self-worth, Lindsay fosters environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. Committed to providing the support necessary for clients to build resilience, cultivate emotional well-being, and embrace their authentic selves, Lindsay empowers those they work with.
