A Whole-Person Approach To Mental Health

Rosewood Integrative Counseling is a growing practice in the West End of Richmond, specializing in complex trauma, postpartum mental health, neurodiversity, eating disorder recovery, anxiety and mood disorders.

Integrative Approach

Our mental health is affected by every part of our lives - how our nervous systems developed, the thought patterns we cycle through, the relationships we have today and the relationships we have left behind, our environments, our developmental experiences, our natural predispositions - all of it matters.

Healing involves a whole-body and whole-life approach. Integrative counseling pulls from a variety of evidence based interventions and treatment modalities to meet the individual needs of the person. Using a trauma-informed lens and careful attention to who you are and what you need, we will look beyond the “symptoms” to restore balance and joy.
