Cara specializes in maternal mental health, complex trauma and neurodivergence in adults. From a trauma-informed lens and with strong influences from internal family systems and Polyvagal theory, her integrative approach focuses on meeting clients where they are and equipping them with the tools to move forward.

Leslie specializes in substance use and trauma related disorders. She is passionate about working with couples and school aged children. Leslie is ADOS-2 certified and is able to administer and interpret the diagnostic test for Autism in children and adolescents. Additionally, Leslie is trained to test and diagnose ADHD in adults.

Nowoola is a passionate mental health professional and PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Virginia Commonwealth University. With a strong foundation in clinical practice, Nowoola specializes in trauma-informed care, racial and ethnic identity development, and the mental health needs of adolescents, marginalized youth & student-athletes.
