Are you in-network with insurance?

As a fee-for-service practice, the clinicians at Rosewood Integrative Counseling are not in network with insurance at this time.

At the end of each month, clients will receive a statement for services rendered and paid for during the month. For insurance policies that reimburse for out-of-network providers, these statements can be submitted to insurance. Each policy is different and some will not cover out-of-network therapists. If you plan to submit statements, it is recommended that you call your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network benefits before beginning sessions.

Is there a sliding scale?

Some therapists reserve a limited number of spaces for reduced rates. To inquire about any potential sliding scale options, contact your preferred therapist directly.

Can I meet virtually if I am not in Richmond?

Yes! Virtual appointments are available to clients living in the state of Virginia through a secure, HIPPA-compliant telehealth system.
